The EV Trail Boss uses dual-motor Performance Torque Vectoring 4WD. The off-road package includes the 2-inch lifted chassis with hydraulic rebound coil suspension, 255 mm of ground clearance, 285/75R18 all-terrain tires, 18-inch wheels, red front tow hooks, and high-angle approach fascia.
Terrain Mode is Trail Boss exclusive within the Silverado EV lineup. It sharpens 4-Wheel Steer response at low speeds for better traction control on uneven ground.
Sidewinder mode allows all four wheels to turn in the same direction, moving the truck diagonally at low speeds. Off-road mode and WOW mode (maximum HP and torque) are also available.
Off-board power output reaches up to 10.2 kW on all trims, running tools and equipment directly from the truck. Multi-Flex Midgate is standard, opening the cab wall for longer cargo runs. Super Cruise with towing is standard on the Trail Boss Max Range.
